Counselling
Counselling often focuses on resolving problematic beliefs, working through painful feelings and emotions, self-destructive habits and past trauma. Other people who may benefit from counselling are those that are looking for support while they are going through significant changes/ life events or dealing with past issues.
Trauma Therapy
Experiencing a traumatic event can have long-lasting effects on your mental and physical well-being. Trauma can leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious and depressed, making it difficult to move forward with your life. However, healing from trauma is possible.
Trauma therapy is specialised form of therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. It is a collaborative approach between you and your therapist, working together to address the underlying issues that are causing you distress.
At Flourish and Flow, we understand the complexities of trauma and how it can impact your life. We provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can feel comfortable discussing your experiences and working towards healing and recovery.
